      Located close to Tisvilde Hegn Forest, the seaside resort of Liseleje and the many attractions of beautiful North Zealand lies this holiday home – a great setting for a fun holiday no matter the time of year. The property is built by Skanlux and sleeps up to 24 people.

      Take a dip in the pool (20m2) or relax in the whirlpool for as long as your heart desires. When you choose this house for your vacation there will be simply no limits to how long you can splash and swim in the pool area for. Plus there is also an inviting sauna and a fun water slide.

      Even when the weather is grey and dreary you will have ample opportunity to enjoy yourself in this action-packed holiday home. Simply head to the large activity room where you will find billiards, a PlayStation 4, table tennis, darts and table football. Play away to your heart’s content or enjoy a cold drink at the house bar with fridge which is also located in the activity room.

      There is also a cosy sofa area where you can chill out in front of the TV after an action-packed day. Over in the kitchen/living space, you will find a long dining table and a stylish kitchen. Naturally the kitchen has two cookers and two dishwashers making it a cinch to cook for many people.

      The pool house sleeps 24 people in total across nine double bedrooms and two lofts with room for six overnighting guests (best suited for kids). There are four bathrooms in total across the property.

      Out on the partially covered terrace you can cook some food on the barbecue and enjoy the Danish sun. You will also find a swing set and sandbox for the kids. If a visit to the big city is on the agenda, the many shops and sights of Copenhagen are just 45 minutes away by car. Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
