      This holiday home for up to 20 people enjoys a beautifully scenic location in Asserbo in North Zealand. The property is located in a beautiful and long-standing holiday home area close to the plantations of Asserbo and Tisvilde Hegn, and it is also close to a lovely child-friendly beach. Copenhagen and its urban pulse are located just an hour away by car.

      The pool house boasts a wide array of different activities so the whole family can have fun and spend time together. In the activity room, you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. In addition to the PlayStation, there is also a classic arcade game machine with 200+ different games and a large collection of board games (more than 25) that make for great game nights. Over in the corner stands a bar (with its own fridge) where you can serve cold drinks and host a cosy games night.

      At the heart of the summer house is a large and bright central kitchen/living space. The XL kitchen with kitchen island has two dishwashers, two ovens, an XL stovetop and two sinks as well as ample fridge and freezer space to make cooking as convenient as can be. There is also a large dining table with ample room for everyone to dine together.

      Over at the sofa corner you can enjoy a good book or film. Plus there is also a wood-burning stove for that warm and cosy atmosphere on chilly days.

      From the large kitchen you will access to the pool area where you can swim in the 20 m2 swimming pool or relax in the sauna or whirlpool. The swimming pool has a water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system.

      If you have a wheelchair user in the family, it can be difficult to find the right holiday home – but this property is particularly wheelchair-accessible and therefore well suited to meet your needs. The property has a level floor plan without steps which makes it easier to get around in a wheelchair. For the same reason, two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are extra spacious.

      The large bedrooms and bathroom are also an advantage for families with small children, as there is plenty of space for a travel cot and a changing station in the large bathroom.

      The eight bedrooms are divided across three different bedroom areas each with their own bathroom and at their own end of the house. The house has four bathrooms in total. Plus there is also a loft which sleeps four (best for children). In addition there is also an extra play loft.

      Out on the partially covered terrace you can cook some food on the barbecue and enjoy the Danish summer. The terrace is west-facing so you get sun both in the evening and during the day when the sun is high in the sky. Outside you will also find an in-ground trampoline, swing and a sandbox for the smallest among you to enjoy.

      The garden is a great place to play ball and tumble about in the summer sun. All in all, this is a stylish and wheelchair-accessible summer house in scenic surroundings and with good indoor facilities which guarantees entertainment and activities – even when the weather shows its capricious side.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
