      The summer house can accommodate 22 people across eleven bedrooms and thus makes an excellent choice if you are looking for a spacious pool house with lots of activities to enjoy and a scenic location where family and friends can come together.

      The large 18 m2 pool is just perfect for hours of swimming and soaking for both young and old guests alike. If you need to chill out after an action-packed day, then you can enjoy the house’s two whirlpools for a bit of heat and relaxation.

      The house also has an activity room where you can play billiards, table football and darts. Plus there is a corner sofa where you can relax with a good book or film, or play on the house’s PlayStation 4.

      If you start to work up a thirst, serve yourself a cold drink from the home bar with its own fridge.

      The large living space is a great place to come together for a shared meal around the long dining table even to cook together in the spacious and well-equipped XL kitchen.

      The house has eleven bedrooms (four twin bedrooms and seven double bedrooms) which are divided between two wings each with five bedrooms and one bathroom with whirlpool. The last bedroom is adjacent to a different bathroom and the main living space. In addition to the corner sofa in the activity room, there is also a cosy sofa nook with TV in each wing of the house.

      The house is located on an older natural plot with swings and plenty of space, while the children play, the adults can enjoy the outdoor wellness area. Here you'll find a lovely wooden terrace with a stepped outdoor spa under a pergola, a private outdoor shower and a lovely sauna with access to the garden. As an added bonus, there's also a large stone terrace that you can access directly from the holiday home's living area. End the day in good company around the cosy fire pit where you can enjoy the warmth of the flames under the starry sky.

      The area around Liseleje and Asserbo boasts many cycling and walking trails, gorgeous beaches and lots of tourist attractions for a fun-filled break. The house has three carports.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
