      Holiday home for up to 20 people in Asserbo, North Zealand

      Welcome to this cosy summer house with pool and many activities. The summer house can accommodate up to 20 people and enjoys a beautiful location on an enclosed spot in North Zealand – close to Asserbo and the village of Liseleje. The area is well known for its natural beauty where you can enjoy a range of nice walks in the great outdoors. Copenhagen is a natural spot to visit on any holiday in North Zealand. In contrast to the peace and tranquillity of the holiday home, Copenhagen offers urban pulse and no shortage of shops, restaurants and sights.

      The home has its very own mini water park featuring a 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps plus a bubbling whirlpool and an inviting sauna. You are free to use these facilities throughout your stay.

      After a swim in the pool, you can enjoy a game of billiards, table tennis, air hockey, table football or darts. All this can be found in the activity room where family and friends can come together for some good-natured, high-octane fun. Over in the sofa area you will find a TV and a PlayStation 4 (just remember to bring along your own games).

      There is plenty of space for all guests to gather around the long dining table. The wood-burning stove is located at the heart of the property close to the cosy sofa corner with TV.

      The open-plan living area includes a large and stylish kitchen. The property has eight double bedrooms in total (including one with 220 cm bed) divided across two separate areas with one bathroom in each plus four more spots up in the loft (best suited for kids or teens). There are three bathrooms in total.

      Outdoors there is plenty of space for fun and games. You will find an in-ground trampoline, sandbox, swing and football nets in the garden. Plus there is a partially covered terrace where you can barbecue and chill out on those lazy summer evenings.

      Approx. 500 metres from the house is the longest mountainbiking trail on Zealand at 28 km. The trail takes you around the Tisvilde Hegn area across different types of terrain (blue trail). The trail can be divided into smaller stretches and is comprised of both gravel and forest paths.

      The use of fryers is not permitted in this house.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
