Holiday home in Asserbo perfect for up to 18 people

This Skanlux holiday home is located in Asserbo on North Zealand. The white sandy beaches of the North Zealand Riviera are just a few kilometres away and easily reachable by foot or bike. Nearby Asserbo Castle Ruin was covered by sand for several centuries but has now been liberated and makes for a great day-trip destination.

The heart of this holiday home is its large open-plan kitchen and dining space. The kitchen has two sinks, fridges and dishwashers. The interior is designed to accommodate up to 18 people. The dining table is great for family meals and offers plenty of space for all house guests. Located in the same space is a bright and comfy living area. The living area has a cosy sofa corner, coffee table and flat-screen TV, making a great place for those laid-back moments in good company. Plus the comfy sofa area also has a cosy fireplace which really sets the mood in those cold winter months.

From the living area you can access the house activity room. You are sure never to go bored in this property as the activity room offers table football, darts and billiards. Or for a more modern form of entertainment, make yourself snug in the sofa corner by the TV and play a few games on the PlayStation 4. The icing on the cake is the exquisite bar which even has its own fridge. Here you can enjoy a well-deserved break and refresh with a cold drink.

Should the weather disappoint, it (almost) won't bother you much at all as besides the activity room this house also has its very own pool area. If it’s raining outside, simply dive into the 18 m2 swimming pool with Roman steps and water slide. Wellness and relaxation are in no short supply here either. You can warm yourself up in the heat of the sauna or unwind in the bubbling whirlpool. The pool area has its own bathroom with two showers and WC.

The spacious summer house has space for a total of 18 people but is also well suited even for smaller groups. The ground floor has two separate sleeping areas while the cosy loft can sleep up to four guests. The loft is particularly suited to children who will relish the chance to share a room and reign over their own little kingdom and all its toys and nooks. The largest area has one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. The smaller sleeping area also has a double bedroom and then two single bedrooms as well. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom with shower and WC.

The house’s pleasant outdoor area is well equipped for relaxing moments under the sun. Make yourself comfortable on the partially covered terrace where you will find quality garden furniture. Naturally the terrace also has a barbecue – perfect for leisurely meals in the fresh air. While the adults keep an eye on the barbecue over at the terrace, the kids can run free in the garden. There is even a trampoline, swings and sandbox for them to enjoy. Even your dog will love the spacious garden and you are welcome to bring up to two four-legged friends with you to this house.
