      This Skanlux holiday home offers ample space for family and friends to gather and enjoy a fun-filled vacation with plenty to see and do.

      The wellness and swimming area entices with hours of fun and well-being. The 23 m2 pool with Roman steps and water slide, plus a sauna and a whirlpool, provide the ultimate holiday set-up with equal parts action and relaxation depending on the mood of the day.

      Over in the activity room, both younger and older guests can go head to head for hours on end at table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. Cold drinks can be sourced at the house bar which comes equipped with its very own fridge. Plus there is a PlayStation 4 ready and waiting over by the sofas in the activity room.

      The long table and the sofa areas in the central living space invite you to gather over a shared meal, a board game or a good film. Companies are also welcome.

      The house is equipped with a projector and screen which are ready for use at the table with space for up to 30 meeting participants.

      Cooking will be no hassle at all in the spacious kitchen with two ovens, hob, dishwasher and fridge. Fans of the water can splash and soak in the pool room while the large and partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue makes for a lovely spot to enjoy the Danish summer to the fullest.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across four sleeping quarters each with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Plus there is also a bathroom adjacent to the pool room. There is room for six people to sleep up in the loft.

      Liseleje / Asserbo is an ideal spot for an active summer holiday – the local area is home to many cycle routes, golf courses and nice fishing spots. Rågeleje is well known as a paradise for surfers and paragliders. North Zealand is home to many ruins and castles marked by centuries of history such as Kronborg Castle, Frederiksborg Castle, Fredensborg Palace and the Asserbo Castle Ruin – all well worth a visit. Or if it’s shopping that’s on the agenda this holiday, the many shops of Copenhagen are just 45 minutes away by car.

      Three pets are welcome in the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
