      In the charming holiday town of Asserbo and not far from the many attractions and natural beauty of North Zealand lies this cosy holiday home and the perfect setting for a fun-filled holiday any time of year! Plus you will be able to reach all the fun shops and sights of Copenhagen in just an hour. The holiday home is built by Skanlux and has space for up to 30 people.

      Take a dip in the 23 m2 pool or relax in the whirlpool for as long as your heart desires. When you choose this house for your vacation there will be simply no limits to how long you can enjoy the water in your very own mini water park. Plus there is also an inviting sauna and a fun water slide.

      No matter the weather or the time of year, you will always have plenty to do in this house. Simply head to the large activity room where you will find billiards, a PlayStation 4, table tennis, darts and table football. Play away to your heart’s content or enjoy a cold drink at the house bar with fridge which is also located in the activity room.

      The cosy sofa area in the central common room is a great place to chill out in front of the TV after an action-packed day. The kitchen/living space also has a long dining table with plenty of room for everyone and a well-appointed kitchen. Naturally you will also find double ovens, cookers and dishwashers which will make it much easier to cook meals for many people. Companies are also welcome.

      The house is equipped with a projector and screen which are ready for use at the table with space for up to 30 meeting participants.

      The house sleeps 30 people in total across four distinct sleeping quarters each with three bedrooms and one bathroom, plus two lofts which sleep six people between them (best suited for kids). The total number of bathrooms is five.

      The large and partially covered terrace is a nice spot to barbecue and enjoy the Danish sunshine.

      Please note that these houses are located in a summer home area where noise must be kept down after 22:00 all days of the week

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
