      This fantastic summer house is located in the beautiful resort area of Hornbæk. Here you will find many opportunities to hike or cycle your way through the stunning nature and landscapes of North Zealand. The holiday home is close to the long and child-friendly beach in Dronningmølle Bay.

      Inside, you will find everything you could wish for in terms of wellness and relaxation in luxurious surroundings. That is because the house is equipped with its very own wellness area. You can enjoy a moment of tranquility beneath the stars in the outdoor whirlpool or warm yourself up in the outdoor sauna. If you feel like being a little more active, you can take a dip in the indoor swimming pool with water slide and volleyball net. By the pool you will also find another whirlpool with space for 7–9 people.

      After a relaxing moment in the water, you can then go head to head at billiards, table tennis or darts in the activity room. In this room, you can also relax in front of the TV with a good movie or have a go on the house PlayStation. In other words, you will find no shortage of activities and certainly something to suit everyone in your party.

      The large and bright kitchen/living area is the natural gathering spot of the property with a well-appointed kitchen where you can cook for all the gang. There is plenty of space around the dining table for shared meals or even a board game night as you relax and unwind.

      All while the wood-burning stove spreads warmth and cosiness throughout the dining area and the living area. In the living area, you can kick back in front of the TV and enjoy views of the garden through the large windows, which let natural light inside.

      The house has five bedrooms spread across two distinct sleeping quarters, as well as a loft which sleeps four. The loft is best suited as sleeping accommodation for kids. In total, the house has space for up to 14 guests.

      Outdoors you will find ample opportunity to enjoy the summer on the spacious and partially covered terrace. You can also fire up the barbecue for some al-fresco dining, while the kids romp around in the garden or enjoy the trampoline and play tower.

      In other words, there is no shortage of things to do in this magnificent holiday home where you will have all you need for a fantastic holiday.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
