The house is well-equipped for 16 people, with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds in the 2 lofts and 2 bathrooms. All rooms and lofts are furnished with soft, high-quality box spring mattresses with mattress topper to ensure a good night's sleep. The house invites you to peace and quiet and contemplation as well as an active holiday, both indoors and outdoors.
There is a large activity room with billiards, table tennis, a large flat screen with PlayStation, a sofa corner, etc.

With a projector and screen, this is also an obvious choice if your company wants an inviting place to stay for your employees or business partners.

The large and well-equipped kitchen has all appliances, several in double numbers, and all kitchen equipment, including an AirFryer. In the entrance hall there are 2 identical washer-dryers, with the possibility of 2 x washing or 2 x drying at once.

The living room is furnished with a large cosy sofa arrangement, a wood-burning stove and a large flat-screen TV, while the dining room is furnished with a long table with room for all overnight guests. From the dining room there is direct access to a large tiled terrace, one exit with the possibility of awning shade, the other exit to a covered terrace with built-in ceiling spotlights and radiant heating for the cool evenings.

Enjoy a dip in the heated 15 m2 swimming pool with lights, counter-current system and water slide, or a soak in the large whirlpool or hot sauna. The activities in the pool area can be followed from the living room via a 4 m2 window, providing security and socialising.

You'll find modern designer furniture and lamps and art on the walls. 2 large flat screens with satellite channels and a large TV package.

The house is heated in all rooms with underfloor heating, which is supplied by a geothermal heating system and an attached heat pump. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room. A photovoltaic system has also been installed on the house for the tenant's benefit.

The 200 m2 tiled terrace along the entire garden side of the house is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, lounge area and sun loungers, as well as an awning, canopy, parasols and 2 Weber charcoal barbecues. The garden is laid out with grass for ball games etc. and is bordered to the south by a high embankment.

The nearest town is Tisvildeleje (1 km), a well-known coastal and summer holiday town with a cinema, cafés, restaurants, good beaches etc. There is a paved cycle and footpath that runs directly past the house to Tisvildeleje town. Opposite Tisvildeleje is Vejby (2 km) with good shopping facilities.

The entire North Coast from Liseleje, via Tisvildeleje, Rågeleje, Gilleleje, Hornbæk and Helsingør (with Kronborg Castle) offers fantastic nature experiences, good beaches and swimming, hiking, cycling, coastal fishing and a rich summer life.

In just a 45-minute drive from the house, you can reach Copenhagen, passing Frederiksborg Castle, and the Helsingør-Helsingborg ferry crossing to Sweden.

Dogs and cats are of course welcome in the house and there are electric charging points available for guests with electric cars. The holiday home is primarily powered by the installed solar panels.
