      Lovely summer house in North Zealand with room for 22 people.

      This large holiday home is located close to Vejby Strand in scenic surroundings and close to a child-friendly beach. The area is not far from Rågeleje with its lovely beach and cosy cafés and restaurants, or the many shops and sights of Copenhagen.

      The pool house is perfect for holidays in any season as it is brimming with activities. Inside you will find an exquisite pool area with a 20 m2 pool with Roman steps, water slide and counter-current system. In addition, there is also a large whirlpool and sauna where you can warm yourself through on chillier days. The pool house also offers a large activity room where you can enjoy a game of table tennis, billiards, table football or darts. Plus a sofa area where you can watch TV or play the PlayStation 4.

      And if you happen to work up a thirst, there is a bar on hand with its very own fridge. At the heart of the summer house is a bright open-plan living space. There you will find a kitchen with all modern facilities including two ovens, cookers, fridges and dishwashers making meal times a cinch. You will also find a large dining table with space for all the guests.

      From the dining area there is access to the house's large terrace. In addition to this living space, there is a cosy lounge area with a wood-burning stove, sofas and a TV. The pool room is within view of the lounge area.

      The house’s eight bedrooms are divided across three distinct sleeping quarters with one bathroom in each. Plus there is space for six more people to sleep across the house’s lofts which are furnished with beanbag chairs and a TV. The lofts are best suited for children.

      The summer house has a large terrace where you can enjoy the summer weather. It is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture while the kids can play on the swings or jump on the trampoline in the garden. The terrace is partially covered, so you can barbecue all year round.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
