      Do you dream of spending your holidays in a charming holiday home? Then this Skanlux house is the perfect choice for you! It can accommodate up to 14 people and it is located in Vejby Strand – a perfect destination for families and not far from Copenhagen, if you want to experience the buzz of the big city. Or if it’s more nature you’re after, you won’t have to go far as the area is encircled by scenic and beautiful surroundings – great for leisurely strolls in the fresh air.

      Meanwhile, the home’s activity room will guarantee hours of fun indoors. Go head to head at billiards, table tennis or table football and feel yourself get swept up by the convivial and competitive ambience. You will also find a PlayStation 4 in the activity room, so be sure to bring along any compatible games you have!

      The holiday home also has an impressive pool area where you can splash and swim all year round, no matter the weather. Treat yourself to a wellness experience on your holiday in the 15 m2 swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps, as well as a luxurious whirlpool and an elegant sauna.

      The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals and if you want to enjoy some quality coffee, then be sure to bring along some capsules for the Nespresso machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living and dining area which is just perfect for chilling out in each other’s company. Relax in the sofa corner by the fire while you watch a good film or stream your favourite shows on one of the three Apple TVs in the house – or perhaps you might prefer to lose yourself in a good book?

      This holiday home has two bathrooms, five bedrooms and a loft which sleeps four and is ideal for children.

      In addition to all this, you will also have access to a large and partially covered Wooden terrace with garden furniture and large Weber gas barbecue. The garden has been designed with children in mind and has both a trampoline and swing (please note – there is no sandbox).

      Guests arriving by electric car will be able to use the charging point available at the house. That way, you can avoid wasting time on your holiday driving about in search of a charging point nearby.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
