      Close to the child-friendly beach at Kegnæs, this Skanlux holiday home invites you to enjoy a great holiday with plenty of activities for both young and old alike.

      Fans of the water can soak and splash in its 20 m2 pool with counter-current system and water slide. If relaxation is more your style, you will find a sauna and a large whirlpool at your disposal.

      The large and bright kitchen is connected to the large living room, which is the natural heart of the house. A great place to play a card game, read a good book or watch a movie.

      In the activity room, you can challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis, darts or table football. There is also a cosy bar with a fridge so you can enjoy some freshly mixed cold drinks while playing.

      The house is divided into three sleeping quarters each with 2–3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and there is also a cosy loft with a flat-screen TV.

      There is both a sandbox and swings outside for the littlest ones among you. The house’s large terrace offers ample space to sunbathe on a warm summer’s day and as it is partially covered you can use the barbecue no matter the time of year.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
