Enjoy a holiday in this lovely 16-person holiday home close to the beach in Mommark. Mommark is replete with beautiful nature for daily walks and you will have ample opportunity to swim in the sea at the best beach on Als. Plus you are just a short drive away from some great cafés in Sønderborg.

If the weather is not suitable for outdoor activities then not to worry as there is plenty to do at the summer house itself. When you stay at this house, you will be guaranteed a swim on your holiday no matter the time of year.

The property has its very own indoor swimming area with a 16 m2 pool with counter-current system, underwater lighting and a water slide. Here you can spend many hours swimming and having fun no matter what the weather decides to do. Then you can enjoy yet more water-based relaxation outside in the outdoor hot tub and the sauna. Plus you can also use the outdoor shower to freshen up after a moment in the warmth of the sauna.

Besides opportunities for wellness and relaxation, outside also has everything you need to relax and play. The partially covered terrace has garden furniture, a barbecue and electric terrace heaters for those chillier evenings. The children can play in the garden where there is a swing, sandbox and trampoline.

Plenty more fun and games can also be found indoors in the activity room. Excitement and competition for everyone are guaranteed in here where you will find billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a cosy TV corner with a PlayStation 4 where you can kick back and watch a good movie.

At the centre of the home you will find a combined kitchen and living room with ample space to cook dinners for the whole gang. The kitchen is well equipped and open-plan, so you can combine home cooking with together time and friendly conversation. Beside the kitchen is a long dining table with room for everyone. On chillier days, you can fire up the wood-burning stove while you cosy up in the sofa area with a good book or just to watch TV.

The property has two distinct sleeping areas each with their own bathroom. There are six bedrooms in total across the property. Plus a loft which sleeps four, usually a popular spot with kids and teens.

All holiday homes in Mommark have access to a large, common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton.

Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company. If you come by electric car, you will find a charging socket installed at the house. It is an 11 kW charging box.
