    This VillaVilla house offers a combination of both comfort and entertainment. With its seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and two cosy lofts (which are ideal for children), there is plenty of space for everyone. The house has been designed and decorated with care, and features a combined kitchen-living space at its heart. It contains a fully equipped kitchen, a long dining table with plenty of room for everyone and a cosy sofa area where you can relax and create cherished memories together.

    The activity room is next to the kitchen-living space and serves as a veritable oasis of entertainment. With billiards, table tennis, table football and darts all on offer, there is ample entertainment to suit all tastes. The activity room also has its own bar where you can enjoy cold refreshments.

    Plus the house also has its own pool area where you can spend hours on end swimming, playing and having fun. Meanwhile, out on the large terrace you will find a wellness area with an outdoor sauna, outdoor shower and outdoor whirlpool. Enjoy pure wellbeing under an open sky.

    The house’s outdoor area is also a playtime paradise for younger guests. Featuring a play tower, trampoline and swings, it will be sure to guarantee heaps of fun for hours on end. While the youngest guests play, the rest of you can make the most of sunny spells by preparing delicious meals on the barbecue outside or chilling out on the partially covered terrace with its comfortable garden furniture.

    The area is also home to a large multi-purpose court with pirate ship and playground for kids of all ages. There are tables and benches so adults can chat and enjoy the day while kids explore the large play area.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
