      This gorgeous holiday home for up to 16 people is located on the charming resort island of Rømø. When holidaying with a big group of friends or all the family, space can often be a bit of an issue – but not in this property!

      With two separate sleeping quarters, a large activity room, a pool area and lots of outdoor activities, this house provides you with everything you’ll need to enjoy a good holiday across all age ranges.

      The activity room is sure to excite the competitive souls in your party – everyone is welcome, from family champions to sore losers! The room is perfectly set up for hours of fun and competition in table tennis, billiards, or darts. Spectators can enjoy a comfortable seat on the sofa where they can also have a go on the PlayStation (just remember to bring your own games) or get cosy with a good book.

      The fun can then continue in the holiday home’s pool area. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, and fitness enthusiasts can get in some exercise by activating the counter-current system in the water. The pool is 15 m2 in size and has Roman steps.

      After a dip, you can then head out on to the terrace where you will find the property’s very own wellness area. Enjoy cooler evenings in the outdoor whirlpool on the terrace before properly warming up in the outdoor sauna.

      When hunger pangs begin to strike, you can whip up something delicious in the stylish and well-appointed kitchen inside. Enjoy meals around the large dining table where you will find space and comfort aplenty.

      You can also prepare your meals outside on the barbecue and you can dine al fresco on the partially covered terrace. After your meal, the kids can then enjoy a go on the in-ground trampoline while the adults kick back with a drink on the outdoor lounge set.

      The house has two separate sleeping quarters which each have three bedrooms and a bathroom. Plus the loft can also be used as a bedroom for up to four guests and is particularly well suited for the kids and teens in your group. This means you can all holiday together but divide the bedrooms between family units.

      All vacation homes on Rømø also have access to a large common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.

      The holiday home is just 350 metres from the water on the eastern side of Rømø. If you want to swim and enjoy the beach, you will find great options for this on the west coast. The property is located just 4 km from Lakolk Strand.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
