      How about renting this wonderful VillaVilla house which has plenty of space for all the family or a big group of friends. The house has entertainment on offer for guests of all ages and no detail has been spared when it comes to boardgames and wellness.

      Water lovers can take their pick between the indoor pool with water slide or the beach located close to the house. Meanwhile, big and little kids alike will find no shortage of games and activities to keep themselves busy. How about a game of table tennis, billiards, table football or darts? Time and imagination will be the only limits to how much fun you can have with the various games in this house.

      Or if you prefer to spend your holidays indulging in self-care and wellness, this house has got you covered. Outside you will find a sauna and a whirlpool for a spot of top-notch relaxation at its best. Sink into the whirlpool with a refreshing drink made at the house bar where you can use your own ingredients to concoct your favourite tipple.

      Located at the heart of the holiday home is a combined kitchen and dining area where you will find plenty of space around the table to enjoy a special meal together, prepared in the XL kitchen which has two of all the most common appliances. Cosy moments can be spent in front of the fireplace with a good book or a film on the TV.
      When the sun has got his hat on, you can play football or basketball and go head to head on the multi-purpose court outside. And when your legs need a rest, you can chill out on the holiday home’s large terrace with a glass of your favourite soft drink to replenish your energies.

      The house can accommodate up to as many as 20 guests across a total of eight bedrooms and two lofts. The lofts are an especially popular option for kids and teens. This VillaVilla house has four bathrooms in total.

      All vacation homes on Rømø also have access to a large common outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here kids and big kids at heart can spend their days playing on the large pirate ship or swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-pitch multi-purpose court can also be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Plus you will also find tables and benches where parents and spectators can follow all the goings-on and enjoy each other's company.

      The holiday home is just 350 metres from the water on the eastern side of Rømø. If you want to swim and enjoy the beach, you will find great options for this on the west coast. The property is located just 4 km from Lakolk Strand.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
