      Rømø is practically encircled by beautiful beaches, making the island a true holiday paradise in the Wadden Sea. And what better set-up for a holiday could there be than a paradise island combined with a VillaVilla holiday home?

      This exceptional VillaVilla boasts top-notch entertainment and enough room for a large family or group a group of up to 16 friends.
      The pool will be heated on arrival and ready for you to jump right in. You can play all sorts of different games in the pool, so hours of fun and excitement are guaranteed. Or if you would prefer a bit of fresh air while you swim, you can swap the pool for the beach which is located close to the house.

      And if the pool and the beach aren't entertainment enough, you can hold your very own tournament in the games on offer in the activity room. In this VillaVilla house, that would mean billiards, table football, table tennis and darts. There is also a home bar on stand-by for refreshments between rounds.

      Guests without a competitive streak, on the other hand, can instead relax on the sofas in the open-plan kitchen and living space where you can watch a film, play a card or board game or simply cosy up with a good book. In the colder seasons, you can keep nice and cosy with the wood-burning stove. Or you can relax in the outdoor sauna or hot tub.

      The chefs among you can use the large kitchen in the combined open-plan space where you will find plenty of equipment to use in your food prep. Or perhaps you may prefer to cook outside on the barbecue? You can then enjoy your meals around the long dining table inside or outdoors on the terrace. After your meal has digested, you can jump on the trampoline, play a game of football or basketball, or play on the multi-purpose court outside.

      There is room for up to 16 people in this VillaVilla house. There are six bedrooms in total, though you may end up fighting over who get to be the lucky four to sleep in the cosy loft – that is, if the kids don’t snatch up these spaces first! The summer house has three bathrooms.

      All vacation homes on Rømø have access to a large shared outdoor play area and multi-purpose court. Here, children and young at heart can spend their holidays playing, swinging, sliding and climbing on the climbing frame. The grass-covered multi-purpose pitch can be used for both football and basketball.
      The holiday home is just 350 metres from the water on the eastern side of Rømø. If you want to swim and enjoy the beach, you will find great options for this on the west coast. The property is located just 4 km from Lakolk Strand.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
