      This fantastic, architect-designed summer house is a great place to enjoy a refreshing break. No matter whether you want to get the family together, throw a party or simply have a nice time with friends, this house is the perfect setting.

      At 436 m2 there is plenty of room for everyone. The house is located in the old fishing village of Glyngøre by the Limfjord in a nice and tranquil area which is just 600 metres from the water. The property sits on a sloping plot which has made it possible to construct a house that is a little out of the ordinary with a total of three floors and lots of intriguing subtleties.

      The house has a beautiful pool area with a large 29 m2 pool (depth 1.65 m), offering plenty of space to swim or play a ball game. The pool room also has a kid’s pool for tiny water lovers. Or if you don’t feel like getting active in the pool, you will find ample opportunity to unwind and relax in the whirlpool or why not enjoy the heat of the sauna which is also situated in the pool room?

      If you want yet more to do, then head to the activity room where you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 4 and darts. Or if playing isn’t your style, simply lean back at the bar and cheer on the others or head to the fireplace lounge and relax with a good book. Naturally the house has free wireless internet so you will be able to stay connected while on your vacation.

      The brand new kitchen has two ovens, two dishwashers, two fridges and a freezer so you will have no trouble catering to everyone in the house. Everything has been carefully considered in the exquisite HTH kitchen.

      With seven bedrooms and an alcove (open room), this house is a great choice for several families who want to spend their holidays together.

      The terrace is perfect for enjoying the Danish summer. Cook up a storm on the large barbecue under the overhang while you cast your eye over the garden as the kids romp around in the sandbox or play between the large trees and the little woodland on the plot.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
