Here you have a holiday home designed with a sense for detail and no holding back! The house makes the perfect setting for a great holiday for the whole extended family or several families who want to spend a holiday together. It enjoys a beautiful location by Venø Bay, which is part of Denmark’s beautiful Limfjord region. The area is ideal for nature lovers, who can enjoy long walks in unspoiled nature in both the summer and winter months. Close to the house itself you will find a beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach with a Blue Flag thanks to its shallow and still waters. The market town of Skive is only 20 km away to the east.

The house can accommodate up to a total of 30 guests and offers many different facilities and activities. For example, take a swim in the large and alluring indoor swimming pool which is 23 m2. The pool has Roman steps, making it easy to get into, as well as a water slide and counter-current system. Also in the pool area you will find a large whirlpool and a nice sauna for that feeling of true zen and relaxation.

If it’s high-energy entertainment you’re after, the activity room will be a sure-fire hit. It is located in a separate room and has table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. Movies or the PlayStation 4 can be enjoyed from the sofa corner. Or you can serve up some cold drinks from the cosy home bar.

The kitchen/living space is located at the centre of the home and you can see into the pool area from the long and spacious dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with both a double oven, two sinks, two cookers and two dishwashers. Naturally there is also plenty of space for food in the fridge and freezer, so you will have no trouble shopping and cooking for up to 30 people. When it comes time to relax after a long and active day, you can chill out in front of the television or make yourself snug with a good book.

The pool house has a total of five bathrooms and twelve double bedrooms spread across four distinct areas. Different families can therefore split the four different sections giving you the option to retreat from the bigger group to unwind and relax. The last six spots are up in the loft which can be accessed from the activity room (best suited for kids and teens).

There is plenty of space for fun and games outside as well. The house has a large outdoor play area and a multi-purpose court which is shared with the house next door. Out here you will find something for kids and big kids of all ages. From swings and a play tower with slides to a climbing frame and of course the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court with astroturf can be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Over by the play area you will find benches where players and spectators can mingle with a cold drink. Plus the summer house also has an in-ground trampoline in the garden.
