      By Venø Bay, part of Denmark’s famous Limfjord, lies this wonderful summer house which is abound with things to do both indoors and out. The property is just a short drive from the market town of Skive with all of its charming shops, delicious eateries and cultural experiences. The house itself enjoys a gorgeous location with plenty of options to enjoy a walk through the unspoiled natural beauty of West Jutland. Also nearby is a lovely child-friendly beach.

      The property can accommodate up to 30 people. Something particularly special about this house is that it shares a large outdoor multi-purpose court with the house next door. Out here you will find something for kids and big kids of all ages. From swings and a play tower with slides to a climbing frame and of course the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court has an astroturf pitch where you can play football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Over in the play area you will find benches where players and spectators can enjoy a drink. Plus the summer house also has an in-ground trampoline in the garden.

      Plenty of fun abounds indoors as well so even on rainy days you will have plenty to do for all the family. Kids and big kids at heart will love the large and spacious activity room where you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. The house also has a home bar with fridge where you can serve up some cold drinks to players and spectators alike.

      Every family has its water babies – and their expectations will be well and truly met in the house’s very own pool area. Here you will find both a large whirlpool and an exquisite sauna, in addition to the 23 m2 swimming pool where you can splash and swim all day long. The pool has Roman steps, a water slide and a counter-current system.

      After an action-packed day out and about, you can unwind and catch some premium beauty sleep in one of the twelve double bedrooms. The remaining six guests can sleep up in the loft via the activity room. The loft is always a popular choice with children and young people. There are five bathrooms in the house in total.

      Cooking for 30 people requires plenty of space and good equipment. That’s why this summer house is equipped with two ovens, two cookers, two dishwashers and two sinks. Not to mention plenty of fridge/freezer space. The stylish kitchen is located in the large kitchen/living space with long dining table and a cosy sofa corner in front of the TV.

      The house also has a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
