      Come along and experience this large holiday home on the outskirts of Rødding – the town of the apple – close to Knud Strand! The house has a grocery store, a butcher’s shop, a tavern, a pizzeria and more on its doorstep, alongside lots of options for fun day trips such as Spøttrup Castle and the Pometet park and garden.

      With enough space for up to a whole 40 guests, this summer house is the perfect setting for occasions of all kinds – from large family birthdays to unforgettable holiday get-togethers. The house is a former free school which was renovated in 2024.

      Step into its spacious open-plan heart where its large and modern kitchen invites you to congregate and settle in. Plus with its three dishwashers and three ovens, there are plenty of facilities to accommodate all 40 guests. No matter whether you’re gathering together for dinner or spreading out around the property, there is plenty of space for everyone. The house has 14 bedrooms and six bathrooms in total, so you won’t need to worry about queuing for the shower in the mornings.

      The room distribution is as follows: 9 rooms with a double bed, 3 rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 2 rooms with 4 single beds (wall to wall) and 5 mattresses in the playroom.

      Kick back in the comfortable living areas where smart TVs and comfy sofas provide everything you need to unwind and switch off. All while you soak up a gorgeous view of the Limfjord.
      Another great space in this house is the large activity room where you can challenge each other to a game of table football, table tennis or billiards.       Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
