This large 26-person holiday home with pool perfectly combines relaxation, togetherness and activities. With a 110 m² pool area under a glass roof, an XL kitchen and a location that's just 10 minutes from Legoland, the scene is set for an unforgettable holiday. Sitting just across from the house is a school area with public multi-purpose, padel and pétanque courts – all freely accessible to guests outside of school hours.

The holiday home is 360 m² and has seven rooms with space for up to 26 people. Two of the rooms are accessed directly from the living area – one with two double beds and another with one double bed. A hallway leads to three additional rooms. The first is a walk-through room with one double bed and two singles. It provides access to an additional room with one bunk bed and another with two double beds. All of the beds can be separated, but doing so leaves you with limited space. From here, you will have access to a large bathroom with a tub and changing table.

The bright and spacious living room is a natural gathering spot for mealtimes, games and cosy moments together – and it offers direct access out onto the terrace. The large XL kitchen has two ovens, two dishwashers and plenty of counter space, making it easy and fun to prepare meals as a group. The comfortable sofa groups in the lounge provide you with an inviting place to unwind and watch a movie.

Meanwhile, the pool room with slide and sauna sets the scene for family fun and relaxation. The house also has an activity room with billiards, table tennis and table football – perfect for rainy days and cosy evenings in good company. The large glass sections and glass roof let in lots of light while the space itself is the perfect place for kids and adults to enjoy some games, swimming and tranquility.

Outdoors, the enclosed garden offers plenty of options to have fun and disconnect. Kids can play in the sandbox while the adults enjoy the sun on the terrace. Just across the way is a school area with a public multi-purpose court, padel court, pétanque court and shelter – all freely accessible outside of school hours. Perfect for competitions, ball games and fun moments in the fresh air.

The area is ideal for family holidays: Within just ten minutes you can reach attractions like Legoland, Lalandia, LEGO House and Wow Park, while Givskud Zoo is just a 15-minute drive away. The nearest beach is about 30 minutes away and in just over an hour, you can find yourself on the wide sandy shores of the North Sea.
