Well-appointed holiday home in the first row of dunes on Holmsland Klit.

In Bjerregård in West Jutland near Hvide Sande, you'll find this quality-conscious holiday home for 18 people. Directly adjacent to the dunes with just 100 metres to the roaring North Sea, 1.5 km to Ringkøbing Fjord and a short drive from the fishing town of Hvide Sande, it's hard to find a better setting. On the holiday home's property, the holiday atmosphere continues as quality and cosiness meet a wealth of activities both inside and out.

If the weather is perfect, the holiday home's gem is found out on the large terrace. Here you'll find plenty of space for socialising, dining and relaxing - even under a partial roof if the weather should fail. Holiday dinners can be cooked on the barbecue and enjoyed in the fresh air while the kids have fun on the trampoline. If you're looking for a quiet spot, head up to the dunes where you can sit on a bench and enjoy the view of Bjerregård.

On the large wooden terrace you'll find a cosy covered lounge area, and we shouldn't forget one of the most important cosy spots on the terrace; the hot outdoor spa and sauna. Here you can take a warm dip in the fresh air and then continue your relaxation in the outdoor sauna, which, together with the outdoor spa, is the terrace's very own answer to a wellness centre. All with a direct view of the dune landscape, where the mare's tail swaying in the wind.

After relaxing outdoors, the energy can be spent on fun hours in the pool area of the holiday home. Here you'll find the 18 m2 pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system.

The fun doesn't stop here - it continues in a big way in the house's activity room. Here you can enjoy a game of billiards or table tennis on the combined table or have a game of darts or table football. If you prefer to be a spectator, this can be done in the room's bar, where you can enjoy a cool refreshment.

After the day's many activities, the family can gather in the holiday home's well-appointed kitchen. Here you'll find plenty of space for several people to cook together and then enjoy dinner at the long dining table in the centre of the room. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll also find the holiday home's sofa area. Here you can enjoy the evening near the wood-burning stove in comfortable furniture.

Satisfied with your experiences, it's time for a good night's sleep in one of the holiday home's 7 double bedrooms. The last 4 beds can be found in the cottage's loft, where younger guests especially enjoy spending the night.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

Will the pool be warm upon arrival?
