Big house with pool for rent in Blåvand.

This lovely Skanlux holiday home in Blåvand, situated close to the beach and many exciting restaurants and shops, makes a great setting for a pleasant and fun-filled summer vacation.

The house is extremely spacious, well dimensioned and built around three separate sleeping areas, each with their own bathroom. In addition, there are two lofts which can be used as bedrooms, a children's corner and a flat-screen TV.

Great emphasis is placed on quality and shared experiences in this house – particularly when it comes to the property’s impressive pool area which has a 20 m2 pool with water slide, counter-current system, an inviting six-person whirlpool and a large sauna. The house also has a really large and exciting activity room where you will find darts, billiards, table tennis, table football and a PlayStation 3. Plus there is a cosy bar with its own fridge where you can mix up some drinks and cheer on the players.

The kitchen is bright, spacious and very well appointed with two fridges and two dishwashers, among other things. It is the natural centre of the house and spacious enough to accommodate multiple sous chefs and sideline cooks while dinner is being prepared.

There is a large terrace (partially covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer in good-quality garden furniture. The large grounds which surround the house feature swings, a climbing tower and a sandbox for younger guests to enjoy.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
