      This spacious Skanlux summer house can sleep up to 20 guests and is built with an eye for detail and offers the best setting for a great holiday. This summer house is located in the charming resort town of Blåvand which boasts a lovely beach and cosy shops, making it a great spot for a holiday in Denmark!

      Swim, play and splash for as long as your heart desires in the house’s very own 20 m2 indoor swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps.

      Wellness and relaxation are also at reach here as the pool house has an exquisite whirlpool and a warming sauna for guests to enjoy. So no matter the weather, you won’t go bored in this summer house! In the large activity room, you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4.

      If you feel like a break in between rounds then where better than the summer house’s very own bar with fridge where you can serve up some nice cold refreshments.

      The house’s kitchen boasts a stylish and practical design with kitchen island and is equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens/cookers, two sinks, two fridges and a large freezer. The long dining table has ample space for all 20 guests to gather together and enjoy a delicious meal.

      The combined kitchen/living space also has a cosy sofa area with a TV located not far from the wood-burning stove. The pool house has eight double bedrooms in total as well as a loft which sleeps four.

      The bedrooms are organised into three different sections each with a bathroom, making it comfortable for several families to holiday together. There are four bathrooms in total across the property.

      Outdoors you will find ample opportunity for relaxation and play. The house has a partially covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture as well as a trampoline, sandbox and a swing for the kids.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
