      Welcome to this cosy summer house which boasts many nice details. The house is built by Skanlux and enjoys a great location close to the popular resort town of Blåvand and not far from the roaring North Sea. Inside you will find many different activities to take part in and a stylish setting for your holiday in Denmark.

      The property sleeps up to 16 people and its lovely kitchen/living space has ample room for everyone to gather for dinner around the long dining table. The stylish kitchen is well equipped and has everything you will need to whip up a storm for 16 hungry guests.

      Over in the sofa corner you can make yourself snug with a good book or enjoy a movie in comfortable furniture. For a real sense of cosiness and warmth, you can fire up the wood-burning stove.

      The house has a lovely pool area with an 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps. In the same area you will also find an inviting whirlpool and warming sauna for that true feeling of relaxed well-being.

      The popular activity room offers the chance to compete at billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and the PlayStation 4. Plus it even has its own bar with fridge where you can serve up some cold drinks for both players and spectators alike.

      The six double bedrooms are spread across two distinct sleeping quarters with one bathroom in each area. In addition, the loft can also sleep up to four people (best for kids). The summer house has three bathrooms in total.

      Outdoors you will find no shortage of space. The partially covered terrace boasts good-quality garden furniture and a barbecue at your disposal. The youngest among you can jump on the trampoline, play in the sandbox or go on the swings.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
