      Located in charming Blåvand – a holiday mecca on the Danish west coast – lies this exquisite holiday home. With a location not far from lively holiday atmosphere, beach and life, you could hardly ask for a better setting for your holiday. And you won't even have to stray far from the property to find plenty to do. Here you will find a sense for details on both the inside and out as well as an outdoor activity which is particularly rich in activities.

      Thus there is ample opportunity to enjoy a relaxing break with close friends or the whole extended family, with good times for guests of all ages pretty much guaranteed.

      The natural centre of the home is its large kitchen and dining space which is open-plan for a social and connected experience. You will find ample space for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and space for everyone to enjoy a shared meal around the long dining table.

      Also in this room is a cosy sofa area where you can really unwind and kick back with a good film, a game or something else altogether. If the weather is right, you can access the large stone terrace directly from the kitchen and living space. Here food can be prepared on the house barbecue and then enjoyed al fresco just so long as the weather is on your side. Apéritifs can be enjoyed in the lounge area which you will find behind a wind-breaker in the corner of the terrace.

      Along the short path to the holiday home is your very own tennis court where you can enjoy many hours of fun and competition. Race from side to side of the court as you work up a sweat playing some rounds of either singles or doubles. Besides tennis the court can also be used for other board games.

      Besides the barbecue, tennis court and lounge area you will also find an outdoor hot tub and outdoor sauna on the summer house’s terrace. The perfect spot on both colder and warmer evenings alike – with that feeling of pure wellness absolutely guaranteed. But when you come out of the hot tub it won’t be time to hang up your swimmers just yet.

      Many hours of fun in the water still await in the summer home’s very own pool room which will be ready and waiting for use upon arrival. Here you will find a refreshing pool where you can enjoy a swim and the feeling of the water no matter the weather outside.

      Or if you don’t feel like dedicating your cosy evenings at home to water and wellness, you can visit the holiday house’s activity room instead. The activity room is directly connected to the kitchen and living space and has billiards, darts and table tennis. Or if you don't feel like playing you can take your place on the comfy sofa and enjoy a good book or film.

      When it comes time to recharge your batteries you can retire to one of the summer house’s five double bedrooms where you will find plenty of space to stretch out and catch some Zs. The four remaining guests can sleep up in the loft which makes a good sleepover hang-out for younger guests. There are two bathrooms in the holiday home.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
