      This thatched holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxed vacation with family or friends by the North Sea. The house enjoys an excellent location in the resort area of Blåvand, close to dunes, moors and the beach, with plenty for all twelve of you to enjoy both inside and outside the property.
      Inside the holiday home is a pool area, where you will no doubt spend countless hours. The house also offers a sauna and a whirlpool for those of you who are more interested in unwinding in the heat or bubbles.

      Or if competing and keeping active are more your cup of tea, you can go head to head at both billiards and table football.

      At the heart of the holiday home, you will find a large and bright kitchen and living space with views into the pool room, so you can keep an eye on the little ones while you prepare dinner or relax on the sofa. The room boasts a very good division between its living and activity spaces with lots of room around the dining table and plenty of space for table football. You quite simply won’t be able to resist getting cosy and enjoying each other’s company – perhaps as the wood-burning stove crackles in the background.

      The house has six bedrooms and two bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, while the others each have two single beds.

      Outside is also well set up for creating great holiday memories. Kids can entertain themselves in the sandbox, on the swings or on the large grounds, while the adults can kick back with a cool refreshment in the garden furniture. There is also a barbecue so you can prepare food on the south-facing terrace, which is also partially sheltered from the wind behind the large trees on the property.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
