Lovely summer house with eight bedrooms by Houstrup Strand

Not far from the roaring North Sea and close to the many exciting attractions on offer around West Zealand is where you will find this lovely holiday home with space for up to 20 people. The property is located close to Houstrup Strand, which is known for its wide and white sandy beach and beautiful dune landscape. Houstrup Strand is located between the village of Nymindegab and Henne Strand, both of which are popular holiday destinations. You will find a range of shops and eateries in the vicinity of the home.

The summer house is ideal for multiple families or a large group who want to spend a holiday or weekend together in the same place. That is because there is ample space to spread out and plenty of rooms where you can enjoy each other's company and have fun together.

For example, in the large activity room you can compete and play fun games together for as long as you like. Billiards, table tennis, table football and darts are all on offer. Or why not have a go on the PlayStation 4 or enjoy a drink by the bar?

The property also has its own pool area with a whirlpool, sauna and the main attraction – a 20 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, water slide and counter-current system. The pool will be ready and waiting right from your arrival. When holidaying together it is important to have plenty of space where you can all gather and enjoy a shared meal. And that’s just what you’ll find in this house!

The large and bright kitchen/living space has both a long dining table and a comfy sofa area in front of the TV. Also in the same room you will find a wood-burning stove that will keep you nice and toasty on chillier days.

The kitchen has a stylish design and is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole gang. There are two ovens, two dishwashers, two cookers and two sinks, plus plenty of fridge space.

The house has eight bedrooms which are either double or twin rooms. All bedrooms are spread across three distinct sleeping areas each with their own bathroom. Plus there is an additional bathroom in the pool area.

The remaining four spots are up in the loft above the activity room (best suited for children and teenagers).

The garden is fully enclosed and has a swing set, sandbox and trampoline for younger guests to use and enjoy. Out on the partially covered terrace you can enjoy barbecues or sunbathe on warm days. The garden is completely fenced so kids and dogs can run around and play freely.
