When holidaying with the whole family, it can sometimes be difficult to find a house that is big enough – but that won’t be the case here! This holiday home can accommodate up to 20 people and has eight bedrooms plus space for four people to sleep in the loft, which is always a hit with kids and teenagers.

The property is located by Houstrup Strand on the Danish West Coast and is packed with things to do. Play a game of billiards or go head to head in table tennis, air hockey or table football. The activity room also has darts and a PlayStation 4. Plus there is a bar in the corner where you can enjoy a cold drink.

If your priority this holiday is wellness and relaxation, then you won’t be disappointed – this house has both a bubbling whirlpool and a warming sauna where you can relax after a swim in the 20 m2 indoor pool. The pool has Roman steps which make it easy to get in and out, plus a water slide and a counter-current system.

The large kitchen/living space has ample room for everyone to get together and bake a cake, play a game or watch a film. The kitchen is well equipped to make cooking for many people as easy as can be as it has two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks and plenty of fridge/freezer space.

There is also a wood-burning stove to keep you toasty on colder days. When holidaying with a large group under one roof, it can be nice to have the option to retreat back and enjoy some alone time. For this reason, the eight bedrooms are divided across three distinct bedroom areas each with their own bathroom. This makes the house ideal for multiple families who are holidaying together but who still value peace and privacy.

Outdoors there is ample space and facilities for fun and play. The garden has a trampoline, swing set and sandbox plus a large lawn for tumbling about and playing football. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture for leisurely dinners in the evening light.

Houstrup is known for its wide and beautiful sandy beach and for its lovely dune landscape. The beach has a Blue Flag and makes for a great place to spend the day. You can sunbathe there on warm days or if you are more of an adrenaline junkie you can take part in some water sports. There are shops and restaurants close to the house. The Blåbjerg Dune Plantation is a lovely place to go walking or mountain biking.
