    Large holiday home with multi-purpose court in Houstrup Strand

    If you’re planning a break for the extended family or multiple families together then this may be just the house you’re looking for! Inside there is room for up to a whole 30 people and 12 bathrooms. The home is located by Houstrup Strand in West Jutland and within comfortable driving distance of Legoland, the Tirpitz Museum and many other attractions around West Jutland.

    Inside you will find your very own mini water park. Splash and swim in the 23 m2 swimming pool for as long as you like. The pool has a counter-current system, water slide and Roman steps which make it easy to get both in and out. Also in the same area is a whirlpool and a sauna.

    For those who love a game, the activity room is always a hit! It has everything from table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. This house is a great choice for holidays celebrating birthdays, confirmations or other similar events while the activity room also has a bar where you can serve up sole cold drinks to the guests. Plus there is a sofa section positioned around a TV with PlayStation 4.

    The large kitchen/living area has ample space for everyone to gather and the stylish kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook for everyone. It has two dishwashers, two ovens, two cookers, two sinks and plenty of fridge space. The kitchen island links the kitchen with the rest of the room so whoever is on cooking duty will still feel like part of the fun.

    The house’s twelve bedrooms are divided across four distinct sleeping areas which each have their own bathroom. The total number of bathrooms is five. The remaining six spots are located in the loft in the activity room (popular among kids and teenagers).

    The house has a large outdoor play area and a multi-purpose court which is shared with the house next door. Out here you will find something for kids and big kids of all ages. From swings and a play tower with slides to a climbing frame and of course the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court has an astroturf pitch where you can play football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Over in the play area you will find benches where players and spectators can enjoy a drink. Plus the summer house also has an in-ground trampoline in the garden.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
