      This lovely summer house is located by Houstrup Strand on the shores of the North Sea in West Jutland. Check out a video presentation of the pool house.

      The house can accommodate up to 18 people and three dogs. Sleeping accommodation is divided across seven bedrooms plus a loft which can sleep up to four people (best for kids and adults).

      The house has an XL kitchen with two dishwashers, ovens and fridges so that you can spend your time on holidays in each other's company rather than cooking and washing up alone. Quality together time is pretty much guaranteed in this house for both younger and older guests alike.

      Unleash your playful side in the large activity room which is equipped with a combined table tennis and billiards table, table football table, darts and a PlayStation 4. Alternatively you can spend the afternoon splashing and swimming in the 18 m2 pool with water slide.

      Or if you would rather unwind for an hour or two, you can make use of the sauna and whirlpool, sit back in front of the wood-burning stone with a glass of wine or enjoy a drink at the home bar which has its own fridge to keep your refreshments cold. If the weather is good you can enjoy many pleasant hours out in the garden.

      Here you will find a trampoline, sandbox and swing. The terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue and it is partially covered so you can seek shade on warm days on barbecue in dry weather. The house has three bathrooms located at different ends of the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
