      In the cosy Houstrup Strand, near the holiday resort of Blåvand and the roaring North Sea, you'll find this luxury holiday home with room for 16 guests. The holiday home is the perfect spot for a family holiday or an annual trip with close friends - both children and adults will find fun and enjoyable activities here.

      If you love a cooling dip, this holiday home is perfect whatever the season! There's an 18 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps and a water slide. Many hours are quickly spent here, especially among the youngest guests. If you prefer pure relaxation, you can take a dip in the hot tub or the cosy sauna, which can also be found in the pool area.

      When it's time to hang your swimwear to dry, you can spend time in the holiday home's large activity room. Here you can compete in billiards, table tennis, darts, table football or Play Station 4. In the activity room you'll also find the luxury holiday home's very own bar with a fridge where you can serve cold drinks to the players or spectators.

      In the centre of the holiday home, you'll find the bright and inviting kitchen area, which serves as the perfect gathering place for the whole group. There's room for all 16 guests to sit together around the dining table to enjoy dinner. The stylish conversation kitchen is equipped to cook for all guests - you'll even find a delicious wine fridge integrated into the kitchen. So it's easy to be the chef for those big dinners. In the family room, you'll also find a cosy corner sofa with a TV and a cosy reading corner where you can enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove on cold days.

      The holiday home is ideal for several families who want to holiday under the same roof. The 16 beds are divided into two different sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom. The last 4 beds are in the loft in the activity room (best for children). In total, the holiday home has 3 bathrooms.

      Outdoors, there's also space for socialising, playing or cooking. The luxury holiday home has a beautiful partially covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. The garden has a play tower and trampoline for the holiday home's youngest guests.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
