      In the pool area you will find an 18 m2 swimming pool with slide, counter-current system and Roman steps. Splash away to your heart’s content or enjoy a serene moment of tranquillity in the exquisite whirlpool or warming sauna.

      The summer house also has its very own activity room where you can compete at table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. You will also find a television with Blu-Ray player.

      The house’s large and modern kitchen is located in the open-plan living space and has two dishwashers, six hobs and two fan ovens. The kitchen is located close to the long dining table where guests can naturally gather together over a delicious home-cooked meal.

      Also in the central living space is a cosy sofa area with a television where the true relaxation can take place. There is also a wood-burning stove.

      The house can accommodate 20 guests with sleeping accommodation spread across six different bedrooms with double beds and two lofts which each sleep up to four guests. There is a television in each of the lofts.

      The summer house is situated on a 2500 m2 plot with a 150 m2 terrace area with garden furniture and a 20 m2 covered terrace. Also outdoors you will find a swing and sandbox for the smallest among you to enjoy.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
