      This Skanlux house close to the beach in Vejers has a fantastic pool area with a large 25 m2 pool with counter-current system, water slide, whirlpool with room for up to six people, a bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. Plus there are plenty of top-notch indoor activities to enjoy in the house’s two activity rooms where you will find billiards/pool, table football, air hockey, darts, table tennis and a bar with fridge. You can also compete on the house's PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The house has a wireless high-speed internet connection up to 1,000 Mbit, 4 x internet TV, internet radio, etc., which are of course available free of charge.

      The kitchen area, which is freely connected to the house’s large living area, is very spacious and contains all the facilities you could need such as a double oven, double cooker, double fridge, double dishwasher, a microwave and a freezer. Bar stools line the kitchen island providing plenty of space for keen helpers and sideline chefs.

      There is sleeping accommodation for up to 24 guests divided across ten bedrooms in three sleeping quarters, each with their own bathroom with underfloor heating. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy the Danish summer in good-quality garden furniture. The large natural plot that surrounds the house is great for younger guests and features swings and a sandbox for them to enjoy.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
