Large holiday houses with pool by Vejers Strand
This charming seaside resort town on the North Sea, with its endless sandy beach, clear air, large dune plantations and impressive heath landscapes, makes the area extremely attractive in all seasons.
Vejers is located close to Blåvand, which is a pleasant little area with supermarkets, speciality stores, a candle factory, an old-fashioned candy factory, art galleries and several restaurants.
The white wide sandy beach has fine sand, dunes and a Blue Flag. Driving is allowed on the southern part of the beach.
The area around Vejers Strand is ideal for hiking, cycling and horseback riding. There are also lots of good places to go angling in the area. You can go fishing directly from the coast and in the freshwater lake Grærup Fiskesø.
The 39-metre-tall lighthouse at Blåvandshuk was built in 1900 and offers a fantastic view out over the North Sea.
