      This gorgeous summer house on Langeland is built by Skanlux and offers a unique holiday experience for both family and friends.

      The house's very own water park has a 20 m2 pool with a water slide – a real paradise for water babies from all walks of life. After your swim you can round off the experience with a dip in the relaxing whirlpool with space for 4–6 people or in the sauna.

      Once you have finished soaking and relaxing in the pool area, you will have ample use for your new-found energy in the activity room. Here you can challenge each other at billiards, table football, darts and table tennis. Or if that is not enough to quench your thirst for competition, then you can challenge each other to a game on the PlayStation 2 This is an architecturally exciting house of high quality.

      At the centre of the house is the kitchen/dining space which features a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with wood-burning stove. If you need some fresh air, you can enjoy the sun or barbecue on the terrace while the children play in the sandbox.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
