      This stunning Skanlux pool house is situated close to the child-friendly beach on Als and many attractions for a fantastic holiday no matter the time of year.

      The house has a beautiful pool area with a 20 m2 pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system, plus a roomy whirlpool with space for 4–6 people and a sauna. If you want more to do, then head to the activity room where you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 3 and darts. Naturally there is also free wireless internet available in the house. Or head outdoors for a round of beach volley ball.

      The 16 beds are divided across eight bedrooms, which in turn are divided into three distinct sleeping quarters, making this house suitable for several families who want to spend their holiday together. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom with underfloor heating. The last four spots are up in the loft where kids and teens can hang out and watch movies and play.

      The terrace is partially covered and perfect for enjoying the Danish summer. Smaller guests among you will enjoy the sandbox, swings and the nice big lawn.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
