      Welcome to this fantastic pool house, situated in beautiful surroundings close to the North Sea.

      The house’s impressive mini water park area offers ample opportunity to swim, soak and relax for hours in its 23 m2 pool with slide and counter-current system as well as the inviting whirlpool and large sauna.

      The two activity rooms offer the chance to compete against friends and family at table tennis, air hockey, table football and PlayStation 3. There is also a cosy bar and sofa area, so you can serve up a few drinks to enjoy as you play pool/billiards or a round of darts.

      The kitchen is well appointed and connected to the living room so you can chat and enjoy each other’s company while cooking.

      The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned, and it is built up around three sleeping quarters, each with their own bathroom. There is also a loft with ample space for overnighting guests.

      There is a large terrace with a low wall, where you can enjoy the sun in good-quality garden furniture. The natural plot that surrounds the house is great for younger guests and features swings, a sandbox and football nets for them to enjoy.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
