What is your role at VillaVilla?
I’ve been part of VillaVilla for many years and have had the pleasure of working across almost every department. This has given me a broad understanding of both the business and the day-to-day life of my colleagues—an experience I now apply in my role as Head of Service. On a daily basis, I’m responsible for ensuring that our service department runs efficiently and maintains a high level of quality—making sure both customers and colleagues are satisfied.
With my many years at VillaVilla, I’m familiar with holiday home areas across the entire country. I work closely with hosts in regions such as Funen and the surrounding islands, as well as North Zealand. Many of our VillaVilla homes are located in these areas, which means I frequently visit and know them very well.
What do you do in your free time?
When I’m not working, I like to spend time playing padel, which I’ve really gotten into. Besides that, I enjoy relaxing and spending quality time with my family, who are my steady base and top priority in my free time.
So it’s no surprise that I love spending time with family and friends in a holiday home, where the busy everyday life is swapped out for relaxation, good food, and good wine. Our holiday trips often take us to Funen or Zealand to get away from home in Viborg for a while.
