The living space has ample room for all of you and is perfect for cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove and cooking together.
All of our holiday homes for 12 people have an activity room where you can play and compete to your hearts’ content in billiards, table tennis, darts and so on.

Summer houses for the little big family
Our summer houses for 12 people in Ostsee Resort Olpenitz also have a wellness area with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. Our other holiday houses for 12 people have a whirlpool and a sauna in one of the bathrooms.
Sleeping accommodation is divided across four bedrooms while a further four guests can sleep in the loft. The loft is best suited for slightly older kids, as it gives them their own space where they can play and have fun undisturbed.
You can also enjoy the pleasant terrace, where you will find both garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden itself is well set up for the kids to have fun and play since many of our 12-person houses have swings, a sandbox and a play tower.
