      Perfectly located near the island's most beautiful beach in Dueodde, which has just been named the 15th best beach in the world and many of Bornholm’s attractions, this summer house makes the perfect setting for a successful and fun-filled holiday in Denmark that you won’t soon forget.

      The Skanlux house has an 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide and counter-current system where water fans can soak and splash for hours. Or if relaxation is more your style, the house’s whirlpool and sauna invite you to enjoy a moment of pure well-being.

      Entertainment for all ages awaits in the activity room where you can enjoy a game of table tennis, billiards, table football or darts. Afterwards the fun can then continue on the house’s PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.

      The kitchen is directly connected to the living room where you will find a sofa area and a dining area for a very social cooking and dining experience. The kitchen has two cookers, two fridges and two dishwashers making it easy to cater for the whole crew.

      The comfortable sofa area with TV and wood-burning stove is perfect for holiday relaxation with a good book or movie. There is Danish TV with TV2Play Live and DRTV and German TV via satellite dish.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across seven bedrooms and a loft with which sleeps five and has bean bag chairs and a television.

      If you need to work during your stay, there is a home office area with a printer and screen.

      Enjoy the Danish summer on the large terrace where you can barbecue under the canopy – no matter the weather or time of year. The house has two Weber kettle charcoal barbecues and a large gas barbecue with rotisserie. The children can play in the sandbox, swing or play ball on the lawn.

      There are wheelchair ramps in the house which can be used at the main door or the terrace doors. There are also CEE plugs for charging electric cars (you need to bring your own cable), and there is geothermal heating to reduce energy costs.
      If you’d rather stick to two wheels on your vacation, you will have the option to rent bicycles at the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
