      Bornholm – the most beautiful holiday island of them all. This lovely Skanlux pool house can accommodate up to 16 people, making it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with all the family. The house is located in Sømarken, a stone's throw from the gorgeous white sands and inviting waters of family-friendly Dueodde beach. It is also within walking distance of the Michelin-star restaurant Kadeau.

      The holiday home itself is packed full of fun for all ages. The activity room boasts billiards, table tennis, table football and darts, so you will have ample opportunity to unleash your competitive streak. The activity room also has a sofa area where you can relax and take breaks from all that excitement and adrenaline. It is also a great place for spectators to sit and relax as they follow the action.
      The holiday home sleeps 16 people across six double bedrooms, plus four spots up in the loft, accessible via the activity room (popular with kids and teens). The house has three bathrooms in total.

      If you feel like a dip but it isn't exactly beach weather outside, you can hop in the indoor pool or enjoy the soothing outdoor whirlpool on the terrace followed by a session in the sauna where you can truly unwind.

      The open-plan kitchen and dining area is nice and spacious, with a long dining table where everyone can gather around for tasty meals lovingly prepared in the large kitchen. The wood-burning stove is also located in this space and will keep you snug and toasty on chilly days.

      Outdoors, you will find plenty of space to enjoy the Bornholm sunshine and relax in each other's company. There is a barbecue and comfy outdoor furniture where you can get cosy and watch the kids as they play on the trampoline, swings and play tower.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
