    This 24-person holiday home in popular Ebeltoft was renovated in 2024 and makes for the ideal place to enjoy a memorable holiday with family or friends. Ebeltoft is a quaint and historic resort town which is brimming with cafés, restaurants and shops selling local products and artworks. Ree Park Safari is also located close to the centre and well worth a visit for the whole family.

    The impressive three-floor house with views over the water is situated on a large natural plot. Inside, you will find large, bright rooms with lots of space for large families or big groups of friends. There are ten bedrooms in total plus a loft that sleeps four, all updated at the beginning of 2024, and three stunning bathrooms.

    Waiting for you on the first floor is a spacious lounge area with comfortable furnishings and a wood-burning stove for chilly days. From here you can enjoy views out over Ebeltoft Bay and the Frigate Jylland. The recent renovation of the property added gorgeous colours and fresh furnishings to really boost its atmosphere and cosy feeling.

    The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides direct access onto the large wooden terrace where you will find beautiful garden furniture. On warm summer days, you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy dinners outdoors while you look out over the water. The garden itself offers plenty of space for the kids to set up a football tournament or play some lawn games.

    The house even has a veritable water park of its own where guests of all ages can splash and swim in the 24 m2 swimming pool with water slide before hitting the whirlpool or sauna. And while your swimming costumes hang up to dry, the fun can continue in one of the property’s two activity rooms.

    The first of these, the den, offers billiards, a large bar, darts and a comfy sofa area with a TV and PlayStation 2. Meanwhile, the more active among you can flock to the other activity room, where you will find table tennis, air hockey and table football. All in all, there is something to suit every taste – so book here for the perfect holiday experience!

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
