      At Egsmark Strand near the town of Ebeltoft lies this beautiful holiday home with ample space for big families to spend their holiday together. The house enjoys scenic surroundings just 200 m from the water and views over Ebeltoft Bay. Plus it is only 4 km from the charming streets and hustle of Ebeltoft which is easily reached by cycle paths along the water’s edge. If attractions and natural beauty are on the agenda for this holiday, you will find Mols Bjerge National Park, Djurs Summer Land, Ree Park Safari and the Scandinavian Wildlife Park all within a short distance by car.

      The house itself is built across two floors and is brimming with activities for big and small guests alike. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen/living space where all guests can gather together. There is a cosy wood-burning stove at one end of the room which will keep you nice and toasty even on chilly days.

      The stylish kitchen is well equipped and has two dishwashers, two sinks, two cookers and plenty of fridge/freezer space.

      The summer house sleeps 24 people in total across three distinct areas each with three double bedrooms and a bathroom, making this a comfortable and convenient house for several families to vacation together.

      The last six spots can be found up in the loft (best suited for kids). In total the house has four bathrooms plus a toilet room with no bathing facilities. The basement level is where all the fun happens! Here you will find a wellness area with a whirlpool for six people, an inviting sauna and a 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps.

      The large activity room has two different areas full of activities – one has table football, table tennis and a PlayStation 4 while the other has billiards, darts and a cosy home bar with fridge.

      Across these two spaces you will find plenty to do all day long meaning even bad-weather days will be a blast in this house. The house is situated on a natural plot and has a gorgeous terrace with garden furniture where you can barbecue and enjoy the outdoors. There is also a swing set and sandbox for young guests to enjoy.

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
