The pool area is a natural gathering place in the house. Here, children and adults can romp around in the 20 m² swimming pool with slide, Roman steps and counter-current system. When you want to slow down a bit, you can relax in the hot tub or enjoy the warmth of the sauna – perfect after a day at the beach or with activities in the house.

There are also plenty of entertainment options in the activity room. Here you can challenge each other to basketball, table football, billiards and table tennis or play a game on the PlayStation. The room also has a cosy sofa area and its own bar with a fridge, where you can mix a drink while the games are on.

The house's large kitchen-dining room serves as the central gathering place. The well-equipped kitchen has two ovens, two dishwashers, eight hotplates and plenty of fridge and freezer space, making it easy to cook for large groups. The long dining table is perfect for the whole group to gather for meals, while the living room is ideal for relaxing, playing games and enjoying good conversation.

The sleeping areas are divided into three separate sleeping areas, each with three bedrooms and a bathroom, providing great comfort when you are all together. In addition, there is a large loft with six sleeping places, which the children in particular will love.

Outdoors, you can enjoy your holiday on the terrace with comfortable garden furniture and space to relax in the sun. The natural grounds also cater to younger guests with a play tower, swing, sandpit and trampoline.
