    Welcome to this exquisite and large Skanlux summer house. The house is designed around the idea of a large family or group of up to 24 people spending a fun-filled holiday together.

    The summer house is located close to the popular and child-friendly beach in Fjellerup and not long from Djursland and its many attractions.

    The summer house has a large pool area with a sauna and whirlpool. While you enjoy that bubbly feeling in the whirlpool, water lovers can soak and splash around in the 20 m2 swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system.

    Meanwhile there are activities to suit every taste in the house’s very own activity room. Enjoy a game of table tennis, darts, billiards, table football or PlayStation 4. The activity room also has its own bar with fridge where you can chill and enjoy a drink as you watch the players compete.

    The summer house has an open-plan living space where you will find a cosy sofa area with television, a large dining table with space for up to 24 people and a stylishly decorated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks, eight hobs and ample fridge/freezer space so cooking for multiple guests will be a piece of cake.

    Bedrooms are divided across three sleeping quarters each with three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a large loft with space to sleep up to six guests (best suited for children).

    The summer weather and sunshine can be enjoyed in good-quality garden furniture out on the comfortable terrace. The natural plot that surrounds the house has a play tower, swing and a sandbox where the smallest among you can play and have fun.

    The house has its own panna court where you can challenge each other to a fun game and so who is fastest on their feet. Panna is a type of street football which gives you the opportunity to develop your technique and learn tricks – all while having fun at the same time.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
