      This extraordinary summer home has been designed with an eye for detail in the cosy resort town of Fjellerup.

      The house can accommodate up to 22 people and three pets and offers plenty of entertainment and activity which is ideal for multiple families who want to enjoy a dun vacation under the same roof.

      The pool house is close to Djurs Summer Land and to a number of attractions around Djursland such as the Kattegat Centre, Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge National Park and the Scandinavian Wildlife Park.

      The house has a beautiful 20 m2 swimming pool with Roman steps and water slide in a swimming and wellness area with a whirlpool and sauna. The pool area is a sure-fire hit with water lovers and playful souls who will be free to splash and swim for hours on end no matter the time of year.

      The house also has a separate activity room with ample opportunity for fun and games. Here you will find something for kids and kids at heart of all ages, from table tennis and billiards to table football and the PlayStation 4.

      Also in the activity room is a home bar with its own fridge. At the heart of the summer home is a cosy kitchen/living space with an XL kitchen with a kitchen island, two ovens/cookers, two sinks, two dishwashers and plenty of fridge and freezer space.

      All 22 guests can gather to enjoy a delicious meal around the long dining table. Over in the sofa area – close to the wood-burning stove – you can relax with a good book or a film.

      Sleeping accommodation is divided across three double bedrooms, five twin bedrooms and a loft which sleeps four (best suited for kids). Each of the three separate bedroom areas has a bathroom plus there is an additional bathroom adjacent to the pool area.

      The large and partially covered terrace is a great place to enjoy the Danish summer with a barbecue and some good company while the kids jump on the trampoline, play in the sandbox and swing or play football on the large lawn.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
