      Are you taking the whole family on holiday and looking for a beautiful summer house with plenty of space for the whole crowd? Then we may just have the perfect house for you! Summer house no. 446 has room for a whole 30 people plus a sea of activities for family fun and entertainment no matter the weather. The house is located by Grenå Strand and is close to all the many attractions and beautiful beaches of Djursland.

      No matter whether it’s cosiness and relaxation or high-octane adventure you’re looking for, this summer house has something for everyone.

      Table tennis, billiards, table football, darts and games consoles are all on offer in the games room where you can host tournaments and complete for the title of family champion. The games room also has its own bar with fridge where you can serve up some cold drinks in between rounds.

      For wellness fans, the house’s pool room is a real El Dorado of zen and tranquillity. Here you can unwind in the whirlpool or enjoy a moment of stillness in the warming sauna. Or if you’d rather use up some energy, you can splash and swim in the 23 m2 indoor swimming pool. It has Roman steps, a water slide and a counter-current system.

      At the heart of the summer house is a combined kitchen/living space with a cosy sofa area and long dining table with space for up to 30 people where the whole family can gather and enjoy meals together. With two ovens, cookers, sinks, dishwashers and plenty of fridge space, you’ll have no trouble whipping up delicious meals for the whole gang.

      When bed time rolls around after a fun-filled day, you can take your pick of twelve double bedrooms which are spread across four different areas each with three bedrooms and a bathroom. The remaining six guests can sleep in the house’s two lofts which are accessed through the activity room. The summer house has two high chairs and cots. There is also an extra bathroom in the pool room which makes for a total of five bathrooms overall.

      The house has a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue where you can relax while the kids play in the garden, swing or build sandcastles in the sandbox.

      Up to a maximum of three beloved pets are also welcome to join you in this holiday home.

      The house has a large outdoor play area and a multi-purpose court which is shared with the house next door. Out here you will find something for kids and big kids of all ages. From swings and a play tower with slides to a climbing frame and of course the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court has an astroturf pitch where you can play football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Over in the play area you will find benches where players and spectators can enjoy a drink. Plus the summer house also has an in-ground trampoline in the garden.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
