      Beautiful holiday home for 30 people with 12 bedrooms by Grenå Strand

      In this holiday home, it is possible even for large families to holiday together under one roof. Grenå Strand enjoys a great location on the nose of Jutland, close to many local attractions and within driving distance of the ferry to Zealand. There is space for up to a whole 30 people plus three pets. The house is packed with activities and fun things you can do indoors, so even in winter this house makes for a great place to enjoy your holiday.

      The house has a play and activity room which is separate from the main living space and equipped with table tennis, billiards, darts, table football and a PlayStation 4. Not to mention a home bar with fridge.

      You can enjoy the water even on cold days in this house. The property has a 23 m2 swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps which make it easy to get in and out. Also in the pool room is an exquisite whirlpool and a warming sauna.

      The kitchen/living area is the heart of the home and equipped with a large and functional kitchen with two sinks, ovens, cookers, dishwashers and no shortage of fridge space. The long dining table offers room for the whole family to gather together and has a view of the pool room. Unwind in front of the TV or read a good book in the sofa area by the cosy wood-burning stove.

      The property has a total of twelve bedrooms divided across four distinct areas each with its own bathroom. Plus you will also find an extra bathroom in the pool area. The remaining six guests can sleep up in the loft via the activity room (best suited for kids). The summer house also has two high chairs and cots.

      The pool house is located on a large plot with a tiled and partially covered terrace where you can barbecue and relax in the garden furniture. Plus there is a swing set and sandbox for younger guests to enjoy. The house has a large outdoor play area and a multi-purpose court which is shared with the house next door. Out here you will find something for kids and big kids of all ages. From swings and a play tower with slides to a climbing frame and of course the large multi-purpose court. The multi-purpose court has an astroturf pitch where you can play football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton. Over in the play area you will find benches where players and spectators can enjoy a drink. Plus the summer house also has an in-ground trampoline in the garden.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
